Joanna, Chiropractic Assistant, Johnsonville

I’m Joanna, a Nurse originally from South India who has called New Zealand home for the last nine years. My professional journey has been a bit of an adventure; while my heart is in nursing, I’ve gained experience in everything from IT and teaching to business management.

I moved to Wellington seven years ago and, once the world reopened after COVID, I met my husband, Matt. We bonded over our shared love for gaming and were married last November at the beautiful Tatum Park.

I am a naturally curious person who loves a new challenge. When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll likely find me glamping, exploring the trails at Zealandia, or immersed in a VR game. My husband’s family introduced me to chiropractic care three years ago, and I was amazed at how stretches and adjustments could make such a massive difference in how the body functions. I’m so excited to bring my passion for helping people to the team and can’t wait to meet you all!
