"I’ve got you." As it turns out, they didn’t. After being dropped on my head twice in a school gymnastics class, I learned exactly how fast a body can shift from "capable" to "compromised." Up until then, I’d treated my health as a given, dismissing constant niggles as the price of staying active. Chiropractic changed my trajectory; it wasn't just about recovery, but about discovering what it truly feels like to function at 100%. That realization sparked my mission to help others reclaim that same sense of freedom.

I believe chiropractic is about supporting the body’s innate power to repair and adapt. Whether I’m working with a newborn or an elite athlete, my goal is to tailor care to your specific "why." There is no better win in practice than witnessing that "audible sigh" of relief—watching someone leave the table moving lighter, breathing deeper, and finally feeling at home in their body.

Outside the clinic, I’m usually chasing a new heart rate peak on the Wellington trails or the Stairmaster. But I always balance the grit with the slow pace of a Lyall Bay stroll, an iced matcha, and a well-deserved apple crumble. I’m incredibly grateful to be back in Wellington, helping my community feel and function better every single day.
