Hi my name is Rose; I have been a casual Chiropractic assistant at The Chiro in Upper Hutt for the past 2 1/2 years and have recently joined the team in a permanent role. I have lived in the Upper Hutt area for 30 years with my husband Adrian helping to raise our two sons’. 

I became a great advocate for Chiropractic care after having a life-threatening illness and struggling to gain my full health back. To this day I still have regular adjustments for the wow factor I feel after these sessions.

After work hours I enjoy my family time and seeing friends. I like to walk regularly for the peacefulness and to see our beautiful river. I also enjoy baking, needle work (cross stitch), reading and movies.
